Ciel and Sebastian from Kuroshitsuji as ponies. Why haven't I seen this yet?
Ciel is an Earth pony, through and through; no special powers, no flying abilities.
Sebastian, I think, would be like Princess Celestia, with both a horn and wings. But I suck at wings, so I left it out.
I realize now why people like drawing ponies; it's easy, and it's awesome.
